KINGSTON shopkeepers say they begged the Council to put CCTV cameras on the road where a man was stabbed to death yesterday.

Lee Duncan, who has run South African shop 'Best Biltong' on Surbiton Road for 18 years, told Kingston Nub News today that they have been asking for cameras on the road for years but that Kingston Council did nothing about it.
