Zizzi's Kingston restaurant has returned with a fresh new look, bold Kingston-inspired artwork, and free pizza to celebrate the relaunch.

Following an extensive refurbishment, Zizzi's Kingston restaurant reopened its doors on Tuesday, 15 July with a brand-new look and 1,000 free pizzas to give away.

Located in the heart of Kingston, the updated restaurant has been designed to reflect Zizzi's playful spirit and Italian roots, while celebrating the nuances of its local community in Kingston.

With bold new interior details, vibrant décor, and warm, Tuscan-inspired touches, the refreshed space is the perfect setting to enjoy Zizzi's new summer menu with friends and family.

To celebrate the reopening, Zizzi is giving away 1,000 free pizzas between 15 July and 1 August, available Monday to Friday from 3pm – 5pm.

To enjoy this offer, guests simply need to visit Zizzi's website, complete the quick form, and pre-book a table at the Kingston restaurant. It is a no-strings offer - just great pizza, on the house.

Now with room to seat 130 guests, the restaurant features a stunning feature mural by local artist Jeru Nomi. Inspired by Kingston's rich heritage, the artwork weaves together turrets, the King's swans, trumpet flowers, and the iconic HMV dog.

An impressive new tree canopy installation covers the ground floor, with wall art including terracotta roses and plates giving a nod to Zizzi's Italian heritage and feature lighting and neon signage completing the glow up throughout.

A new summer menu includes dishes such as the Diavoletta Bombe, a new and spicy take on Zizzi's iconic garlic bombe, filled with a fiery Alla Vodka sauce, Roquito chillies and gooey mozzarella and King Prawn Vongole, a fresh Mafaldine pasta dish with king prawns and clams in a wild garlic, lemon, caper and parsley butter sauce.

Perfect for cooling down after some summer sunshine, the Dragon Fruit & Wild Strawberry Sundae is a combination of dragon fruit sorbet, panna cotta and wild strawberry gelato, topped with pink meringue, while the Caramello Sundae combines salted caramel and vanilla gelato with honeycomb cheesecake, caramel sauce and a stroopwafel.

As part of its summer celebrations, Zizzi Kingston-Upon-Thames will also be taking part in the Kingston Art Walk, a brand-new cultural event featuring live mural painting from 40 artists - a 'first-of-its-kind' event taking place on 24 and 25 August.

Zizzi Kingston's General Manager, Amy, said: "We're so excited to welcome our community back through the doors.

"The space looks amazing, and we've brought back all the Zizzi classics - plus some delicious new summer dishes. With 1,000 free pizzas up for grabs, it's the perfect time to pop in and see what's new!"

Zizzi Kingston is open from 11.30am to 10pm every day, except Saturday and Sunday, when the restaurant stays open until 11pm.
