Winners of Kingston Borough Business Awards revealed

The winners of the Kingston Chamber of Commerce's third Kingston Borough Business Awards (KBBA) were announced at a presentation event yesterday evening, 22 February.

More than 200 guests attended the event including the 60 finalists across the award's 15 categories.

This year's panel of judges was diverse, and included local business people, council officials, and professors from Kingston University, the KBBA's headline sponsor, to name a few.

The winners of each category are listed below:

BEST HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROVIDER AWARD

WINNER: Your Healthcare CIC

HIGHLY COMMENDED: The White House Nursing Home

DEVELOPING YOUNG PEOPLE'S SKILLS AWARD

WINNER: Achieving for Children – Pathways & Progress Team -(EBP)

HIGHLY COMMENDED: Anstee Bridge

The CEO of Kingston Chamber of Commerce, Forbes Low, described the award as "reflecting the vitality, creativity and skills that we have in this borough".

He added: "This will benefit Kingston now, and in the future".
