Come and join this Autumn Crafting event to discover more about Cricut and be inspired with ideas for seasonal projects! This drop-in session allows you to meet a Cricut Ambassador and discover your creative best with Cricut in the Haberdashery department. This crafting event will show you how to use Cricut machines, tools and accessories can create stunning projects to bring your summer to life.

Kingston Recycling Hackathon, The cornerHOUSE Arts Centre, 11am-3pm
Join and collaborate with individuals and groups from across the borough to come up with innovative solutions to enhance recycling practices in Kingston. ESEA Culture Festival 2023: Autumn Moon Festival, Kingston Ancient Market Place, 11am-3pm
In the vibrant ESEA community, a captivating tradition of expressing gratitude for the bountiful harvest thrives, celebrated under different names in various countries: Chuseok (Korea), Tsukimi (Japan), Têt Trung Thu (Vietnam) or Moon Festival (China). To honour this cherished tradition, we come together for the Autumn Moon Festival, held at the Ancient Market Place every September in Kingston.

Fairfield Litter Pick, Fairfield Park, 2-3pm
Passionate about keeping spaces green and clean? Join local litter heroes of all ages on World Cleanup Day as they strive to make Fairfield Recreation Ground plus the Children's Playground lovely and clean for everyone to enjoy. Organised by two local residents associations, Sunflower Streets and Tricorn, they'll have litter pickers to lend out for those without their own, plus sweet treats for everyone who takes part.

Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, Rose Theatre, 7:30pm
Spontaneous musical comedy at its finest, it is the first ever long-form improv show to have a full West End run and to be nominated and win an Olivier Award. The improvised performance is a fully realised musical created on the spot from audience suggestions on the night. Think of all your favourite numbers and scenes from a musical and imagine them all in one show- that's the gist! Read our interview with co-founder Dylan Emery for more.
Sunday 17 September
Global Threads Exhibition, Rose Theatre, 10am-6pm
Find out about the different communities living in Kingston and their colourful and inspiring textile heritage. The exhibition will explore the clothing traditions of Kingston's communities. Come and see real garments, photographs, and textile-inspired artworks made by local groups. Learn about block-printed borders, knots that become buttons, and the meanings behind the motifs and symbols within their textile traditions.

Catch comedy in its rawest form.. Crack Comedy presents a pick of some of the NEWEST comics out there and experienced comics trying new material.
