Everyone is welcome to attend even if they have attended a previous session - as each one will explore a different idea for having more joy, building on the previous session's activity. These ideas are inspired by long-term thinking principles, and all tools and ideas offered at the workshops are for participants to take home and keep reusing anything which they find helpful.
