TEDxKingston Upon Thames: 'Living the Good Life', Rose Theatre, 12-7pm

What does it mean to live or strive to live 'The Good Life'? What do we sacrifice? What is important and is it even possible? What if the pressure of the pursuit itself is what stops us from achieving it? Perhaps it is not about the destination but the journey.

Get ready for an inspiring day filled with captivating talks, innovative ideas, and thought-provoking discussions.

Conscious Rambles: forest bathing, earth healing, ceremonial cacao, Ham Lands & River walk (meeting at Kingston station), 11am-3:30pm

Mindful walks for deeper connection to nature , the seasons, your heart , body and senses with like-minded community. (Ticketed event)

Our ancestors understood and were sensitive to the changing seasons, the shifting states of nature and the effect that this had on their mental and physical bodies. We have become increasingly disconnected and so, we suffer physically and mentally. BUT more and more of us are responding to the need to reconnect to nature; humanity's great mirror. Even in the intensity of urban London we can reconnect.
