Join Cass Art this Saturday for an urban sketching session, taking place at both Kingston riverside and the Market Place.

The classes will be run by Sally Minns, a member of Cass staff and a practising artist, based at Wimbledon Art Studios.

Bring your own materials, or you can purchase them in the shop before the session, guided by our staff artists. Attendees get a 10% discount in-store on the day of the event. Ready-made packs are available in store.

This New Dawn at the Fighting Cocks Pub

The New Dawn's hometown headline show at the Fighting Cocks will be supported by One Last Day and When Nothing Works!

Formed in late 2018 in Kingston, South London, THIS NEW DAWN promises to create music which elicits excitement just as much as it does feeling. A cohesive mix of driven guitar riffs, fetching lyrics and melodies, this 4-piece evoke emotions of warmth and passion.

Following the release of their debut EP in 2020 they've strived to build upon an impassioned following with a SOLD OUT headline performance at The Fighting Cocks Bar & Venue in late 2021 and a positively reviewed Live Stream Event in 2022.

One Last Day are a new hard rock act coming out of the South-East of England. A heavy and emotive outfit, their musicality is left wide open to a myriad of rock styles all wrapped up into their own distinctive sound.

Drawing inspiration from bands such as Shinedown, Stone Sour and Alter Bridge, One Last Day are continually seeking new opportunities to share their music live, online or through engagement with new platforms.
