Train lines blocked between Surbiton and Clapham Junction due to emergency incident

All SWR train lines blocked between Surbiton and Clapham Junction due to reports of a person being struck by a train. 

Emergency services are dealing with the incident between Surbiton and Clapham Junction. All lines are blocked. 

 In order to allow emergency services access to the railway all power to the track will need to be switched off in the affected area.

SWR response teams are working with the emergency services to assist with the incident.

Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 22:00 24/10.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

- London Underground services between London Waterloo and Wimbledon/Richmond/Paddington via all reasonable routes.

- All TFL bus routes between Surbiton-Wimbledon - Central London.

- Thameslink Services Wimbledon - Blackfriars.

- Southern services Clapham Junction - Epsom.

- GWR services between Paddington and Reading.

- GWR services between Reading and Basingstoke.

- CrossCountry from Basingstoke to Bournemouth.

- Falcon Buses 461 between Chertsey - Addlestone - Weybridge - Walton-on-Thames - Hampton Court - Kingston.

- Falcon Buses 514 and 515 between Kingston - Surbiton - Esher - Hersham - Walton-on-Thames - Weybridge.

- Falcon Buses 564 between Hersham and Walton On Thames.

- Falcon Buses 400 between Walton on Thames - Shepperton - Ashford - Staines.

- Falcon Buses 715 between Guildford - Cobham - Esher - Surbiton - Kingston.

- Diamond Bus South East 458 between Staines - Shepperton - Walton-on-Thames - Hersham - Esher - Surbiton - Kingston.

- Diamond Bus South East 555 between Ashford - Sunbury - Shepperton - Walton On Thames - Hersham.
