Three men in balaclavas hammer jeweller shop in Kingston watch burglary

Three men using sledgehammers were seen smashing the front window of Antony James Jewellers in Fife Road at around 5pm on 8 January.

They made off with five watches, including three Rolex ones. No one was injured.

Police were called to the scene at about 5:20pm following reports of a burglary.

Antony James is a traditional family run jewellers with over 50 years of experience, originally starting off as a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler of hand made jewellery, trading as Decroware ltd.​

Staff have reportedly said reinforced glass made it harder for the thieves to take more than they did.

At this early stage no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.Anyone with information or camera footage should report it to Police on 101.
