The White House (TWH) Nursing Home in New Malden has been officially recognised as one of the top 5% digitally enabled care homes in South West London.

This prestigious Certificate of Recognition from NHS South West London (SWL) highlights TWH's ongoing commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into its care services, ultimately enhancing the well-being of its residents.

This recognition was officially awarded by a visit from Harry Dawson and Louise Cooper, Health & Social Care Integration Officer for Kingston & Richmond, who presented the team with an official certificate on behalf of NHS SWL.

By integrating digital tools and innovative solutions, TWH has improved its care services, communication and efficiency leading to being awarded as one of the top digitally enabled homes within the vast area of South West London.

Paul Harper, Senior Project Manager at NHS SWL Integrated Care Board, commended TWH for being "one of a small number of the 330 care homes in South West London to fully adopt NHS SWL's digital offer."

This recognition places TWH at the forefront of technology-driven care, setting a benchmark for the sector.

Sarah Branch from NHS SWL also praised TWH's efforts, highlighting that it has "been one of our leading care homes in embedding a wide range of digital innovations, including providing vital feedback and data to our team, as well as ensuring strong engagement with training and improvement opportunities."

Reflecting on this achievement, Ajitha, TWH's Registered Manager, expressed immense pride in the team's commitment, saying: "Since 2020, our staff have embraced all 16 of NHS SWL's Technology Initiatives.
