A Surbiton coffee shop outside of the station may have served its last coffee yesterday (Monday, 2 June).

PR Tasty, inheritor of the Wilders deli mantle, currently has property repossession notices by Network Rail in the window, stating that the premises is being repossessed as of Monday.

However, another notice, written by PR Tasty, stuck in the shop's window suggests that the closure might not be permanent.

The note to customers reads: "PR Tasty is currently undergoing a short period of internal maintenance and reorganisation. As a result, we are temporarily closed.

"We are working hard to improve our service and look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

"Thank you for your understanding and continued support."
