Giles Stelfox - Live @ The Mill
Friday 13 Decmeber, The Mill, 9am - 1am.
Giles returns to The Mill in Kingston-Upon-Thames for a Friday night residency of acoustic covers. Expect big hits and sing along tunes including some classics and modern pop covers.
Giles Stelfox creates the music of a solo-artist with the sound of a band; he is an independent artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Reading, UK.
Challenging the definition of live performance, Giles uses the art of real-time live looping.
He builds his own arrangements of original songs and classic covers from scratch, whilst still showcasing his charisma and attention-grabbing energy to connect with any crowd. Expect a high energy, big sound with the intimacy of a solo acoustic performance.

Foraged Christmas Wreaths
Saturday 14 December, United Response - Teddington, 11am - 1pm.
Get yourself firmly into the Christmas spirit with our fun and relaxed festive workshop.
Join local willow weaver and spoon carver Ellie Morgan to craft your own beautiful Christmas wreath over a glass of mulled wine, hot drinks and a homemade mince pie.
During the class, you will learn how to create your own environmentally friendly seasonal wreath from scratch. Starting with a willow ring made by Ellie, you'll add lots of foraged foliage, berries and an abundance of natural decorations, leaving you with a beautiful handmade wreath to take home and hang on your door with pride.
Then, the whole wreath will be fully compostable in the New Year and can be put straight onto your compost heap!
All materials are included, together with mulled wine and homemade mince pies. Do feel free to bring along any foliage or decorations foraged from your garden that you'd like to add yourself, though.

Kingston Choral Society Christmas Concert : Chilcott and Carols
Saturday 14 December, St Andrew's Church - Surbiton, 7.30pm.
At 7.30pm on Saturday 14 December at St Andrew's Church Maple Road, Surbiton, KT6 4DS Kingston Choral Society presents their ever-popular Christmas carol concert.
The KCS annual carol concert traditionally features Kingston's favourite choir performing something old, something new - and a couple of surprises. In the first half the choir will perform popular contemporary composer Bob Chilcott's Mary Mother. This poignant and melodic piece imagines the personal story of the young girl who was visited by an angel and gave birth to a miraculous child two millennia ago.
