Local parents breathe a sigh of relief as Nix Academy unveils exciting Inset Day Camp for 4 November.
The dreaded Inset day after half term is looming, and local parents might be asking themselves the age-old question: "What on earth are we going to do with the kids?"
Fear not, because Nix Academy is here to save the day with their brilliant Inset Day Camp on 4 November.
We all know the struggle.
You've got work, the kids have a day off which you've forgotten about in your desperation for them to go back to school after half term, and suddenly you're caught in a pickle.
But worry not, because Nix Academy has cooked up a solution that's more fun than a barrel of monkeys (and considerably easier to manage).
Nix Academy's founder, Nicky Rower said: "We understand the challenges parents face on Inset days.
"That's why we've created a day camp that's not just a childcare solution, but a day of adventure, learning, and bucket loads of fun for children."
Mark your calendars for Monday 4 November, because Nix Academy is pulling out all the stops for an Inset Day Camp that'll have your kids begging to get off the sofa and come along.
Here's what parents can expect:
- A full day of supervised activities from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
- Engaging workshops including acro circus skills, games, and crafts.
- More exciting activities than you can shake a stick at (not that we recommend stick-shaking as an activity).
- Qualified and DBS-checked staff who are more enthusiastic than a dog with two tails.
Local parent Talya Stone, whose daughter attends and loves Nix, said: "Nix Academy's Inset Day Camp is a total lifesaver.
"My daughter always adores anything that Nix puts on - the environment is fun, creative and nurturing whatever your child's personality or experience - it's a great way to learn circus tricks, have fun and make new friends.
"It's the perfect work around for parents needing to focus on work while your child has the best time in a wonderful environment."
The camp is open to children aged 5-12 and is running at Nix Academy, Hampton Wick Infants School in Hampton Wick.
And the best part is that all this fun and learning comes at just £40 per child.
That's less than the cost of a fancy meal out, and we guarantee your kids will have a much better time (and you'll be able to get your work done).
