Hampton Wick's award-winning dance studio, Nix Academy, is kicking off 2024 with an exciting new programme of adult classes designed to make movement accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience level.

The new 'Nix Fit' programme offers a diverse range of classes including Ballet, Broadway Dance, Pilates, Aerial Hoop and Silks, alongside a specialised 'Mums, Bums and Tums' class - all taught in Nix's fully equipped Hampton Wick studio.

Nix Academy's founder, Nicky Rowe said: "We believe that dance and movement should be joyful at any age.

"Whether you're looking to fulfill that New Year's resolution of trying something new, want to improve your fitness, or simply need an hour of 'me-time' in your week, we've created a schedule that works around real life."

Understanding the challenges that often prevent adults - and particularly mums - from pursuing their fitness goals, Nix Academy has thoughtfully scheduled classes to accommodate busy lifestyles, with morning and evening options available.

Additionally, it offers optional childcare during classes, removing a common barrier for parents wanting to attend.
