Kingston Nub News caught up with Perry Rose, the owner of Tyre Patrol, a mobile tyre fitting business in Kingston Upon Thames that offers tyre repair services across KT1.

Having grown up in Kingston Upon Thames, Perry previously worked in a tyre shop in the area.

However, after noticing a growing demand for a mobile emergency service business, he took it upon himself to start Tyre Patrol seven years go.

He said that RAC, AA and other larger auto repair companies weren't offering mobile services.

Tyre Patrol started off with just one van and began his services around Kingston. Now, after seven years, he now has twelve vans and services all around Southwest London, but still predominantly works across KT1 in his hometown.

As well as 24-hour emergency service, Tyre Patrol also offers puncture repair, locking wheel nut removal, wheel balancing, and tyre pressure checks.

Speaking to Kingston Nub about Tyre Patrol, Rose said: "I didn't expect the business to take off like this.

"It was always a risk starting my own business, but I'm so glad I did, and it's extremely rewarding.

"I love my hometown and being able to work for myself and serve the people in my community is amazing."
