The Cocoanut pub in Kingston has seen a surge in popularity after actor Tom Holland shared that it is his favourite in an interview with the New York Times.

The Spiderman actor's father, Dominic, stated that he had "never seen the place so busy" and that he "struggles to eat" there. However he added that Tom and his A-lister wife, Zendaya, are able to eat at the Cocoanut without being bothered by the public – with "their dogs get[ting] the most attention".

Tom Holland was born in Kingston and shared that the pub is "a bit of a family favourite".

The Cocoanut is situated on Mill Street and serves Thai food and traditional pub drinks. It is a dog-friendly venue, and has been open since 2010.

It is open from Mondays to Saturdays, with all dishes being made in-house, and is a third-generation, family-run business.
