A warning has been issued to parents in the south of Kingston upon Thames.

This includes areas such as Tolworth and Chessington.

Here is what their warning reads:

"On Monday afternoon at 1520 a school boy was approached by a male in a Black Mercedes asking them to get in their car, this happened by the bus stop on Hook Road, Chessington, please make your children aware."

Be careful in the area and report any suspicious behaviour to the police.
