This week will see a number of roadworks take place which could impact your routes across the Kingston borough.

Planned works

Cromwell Road, Kingston: 24 hour multi-way signals outside 95, 27 to 29 March 2023. Highway improvement works, footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

London Road, Kingston: Multi-way signals from 10pm - 5am at the railway bridge, 27 to 28 March 2023. Works by Network Rail, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Central Road, Worcester Park: Lane closure from 10pm to 5am at the railway bridge, 28 to 29 March 2023. Works by Network Rail, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Coombe Road, New Malden: 24 hour two-way signals outside 95, 27 to 29 March 2023. Works by Virgin Media, footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

Barnsbury Lane, Tolworth: 24 hour two-way signals to the rear of 34 Tolworth Rise South, 25 March to 2 April 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Down Hall Road, Kingston: Some carriageway incursion from 9pm to 3am at the junction with Skerne Road, 24 to 27 March 2023. Works by Network Rail, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

The Manor Drive, Worcester Park: 24 hour multi-way signals outside 88, 22 to 28 March 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Brook Street, Kingston: 24 hour southbound directional road closure, 13 March to 15 April 2023. Removal of hoarding and scaffolding.

Woodlands Avenue, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion 24 hours for the entire length, 13 to 31 March 2023. Repair works by Southern Gas. Footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Red Lion Road, Tolworth: 24 hour multi-way signals at the junction with Selbourne Avenue, 13 to 27 March 2023. Urgent works by Southern Gas. Footway closed, an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Branksome Way, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion between High Drive and Matlock Way, 17 January to 07 April 2023. Works by Southern Gas. Footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Kingston Road, New Malden: 24 hour multi-way signals outside St Johns Church, 5 to 15 April 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

Kingston Hill, Kingston: 24 hour two-way signals outside Cumberland House, 5 to 20 April 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

High Drive, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion for the entire length, 28 August 2022 to 28 April 2023.

Kingsgate Road, Kingston: At the junction with Canbury Passage, 16 August 2022 to 31 May 2023. Works by Thames Water. Footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Canbury Passage, Kingston: 16 August 2022 to 31 May 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Down Hall Road, Kingston: Some carriageway incursion at the junction with Skerne Road, 25 July to 31 May 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

Kingston Bridge, Westbound: Westbound cycle lane and footpath closed. Westbound cyclists are advised to use the main westbound carriageway, vehicles are prohibited from overtaking cyclists and pedestrians are advised to use the footpath on the north-side of the bridge.

Kingston bound pedestrians can use the footpath as normal on the north-side of the bridge, kingston bound cyclists can continue their journey on the eastbound cycle lane. 18 July 2022 - 24 April 2023.
