This week will see a number of roadworks take place which could impact your routes across the Kingston borough.

Read on to find out what areas will be affected and the roads to avoid.

Kingston Road, Kingston: 24 hour two-way signals from Dollary Parade to King Henry's Road, 27 February to 24 March 2023. Sewer connection works.

Coombe Road, New Malden: 24 hour multi-way signals outside 95, 27 to 29 March 2023. Works by Virgin Media, footway closed and a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

Barnsbury Lane, Tolworth: 24 hour two-way signals to the rear of 34 Tolworth Rise South, 25 March to 2 April 2023. Works by Thames Water, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Down Hall Road, Kingston: Some carriageway incursion from 9pm - 3am at the junction with Skerne Road, 24 to 27 March 2023. Works by Network Rail, footway closed. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Brook Street, Kingston: 24 hour southbound directional road closure, 13 March to 15 April 2023. Removal of hoarding and scaffolding.

Woodlands Avenue, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion 24 hours for the entire length, 13 to 31 March 2023. Repair works by Southern Gas. Footway closed, an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Red Lion Road, Tolworth: 24 hour multi-way signals at the junction with Selbourne Avenue, 13 to 27 March 2023. Urgent works by Southern Gas. Footway closed, an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Branksome Way, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion between High Drive and Matlock Way, 17 January to 7 April 2023. Works by Southern Gas. Footway closed, an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

High Drive, New Malden: Some carriageway incursion for the entire length, 28 August 2022 to 28 April 2023. Works by Southern Gas. Footway closed, an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Kingsgate Road, Kingston: At the junction with Canbury Passage, 16 August 2022 to 31 May 2023. Works by Thames Water. Footway closed, an altrnative route for pedestrians will be provided.

Canbury Passage, Kingston: 16 August 2022 to 21 May 2023, works by Thames Water. Footway closed. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.

Down Hall Road, Kingston: Some carriageway incursion at the junction with Skerne Road, 25 July to 31 May 2023. Works by Thames Water, sewer connection works.

Kingston Bridge, Westbound: Westbound cycle lane and footpath closed. Westbound cyclists are advised to use the main westbound carriageway, vehicles are prohibited from overtaking cyclists and pedestrians are advised to use the footpath on the north-side of the bridge.

Kingston bound pedestrians can use the footpath as normal on the north-side of the bridge, kingston bound cyclists can continue their journey on the eastbound cycle lane. 18 July 2022 - 24 April 2023.
