There's lots of planned roadworks for in and around Kingston this month as per the council's website.

As of today, Monday 13 January, there will be a lane closure on Kingsgate Road, Kingston, from 9pm – 5am tomorrow for works by Network Rail.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

On Ladybooth Road, New Malden, there will be 24-hour road closures at the junction with Eden Street from today, Monday 13 until this Friday, 17 January.

The works are being carried out by UK Power Network.

On Wheatfield Way, Kingston, there will also be 24-hour lane closures at the closure with Brook Street from today, Monday 13 to 17 January.

The works are being carried out by Electricity Network Company.

The footway is closed but a pedestrian walkway has been provided.

On Central Road, Worcester Park, there will be a lane closure from 10pm today until 6am on Saturday, 18 January at the rail over road bridge.

The works are being carried out by Network Rail.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

On Clayton Road, Chessington, there will be 24-hour two - way signals from 110 to 124 for works by RBK.

These works commenced today and are expected to finish on 27 January.

The footway is closed but an alternative route for pedestrians has been provided.

On Burlington Road, New Malden, two - way signals will run from 9am tomorrow until Wednesday, 15 January outside 45 for works by BT.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

From 8pm tomorrow until 5 am on Thursday on Kingsgate Road, New Malden, there will be multi-way signals from 334 to 318 for works by BT.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

There will be a 24-hour lane closure outside 14 at Kingston Vale from tomorrow until Thursday for works by Thames Water.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

From this Saturday until 22 January there will be 24-hour road closures on Eden Street, Kingston, between Brook Street and the St James Road / Union Street junction for works by RBK.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

From 20 – 24 January, there will be 24-hour two-way signals outside 71 on Clarence Avenue, New Malden, for works by Thames Water.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

On Kingston Hall Road, Kingston, there will be 24-hour multi-way signals to the side of 25-29 High Street from 20 – 24 January for works by UK Power Networks.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

From 20 – 24 January, there will be 24-hour road closures outside 30 at The Roystons, Surbiton for works by Thames Water.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

From 20 – 31 January, there will be 24-hour two-way signals outside the Priory (13 - 24) on St Mark's Hill, Surbiton, for works by Thames Water.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

From 20 – 17 February, on Crescent Road, Kingston, there will be 24-hour road closures from the junction of Kingston Hill to No. 46 for works by SGN.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

From 20 January – 3 March, there will be 24-hour multi-way signals from 120 to 138 on Red Lion Road, Tolworth, for works by RBK.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.

On 24 January, there will be multi-way signals outside the petrol station on Kingston Road, New Malden, for works by EE.

The footway will be closed but an alternative route for pedestrians will be provided.

From 25 – 27 January, there will be 24-hour road closures at the rail bridge on King Charles Road, Surbiton, for works by Network Rail.

The footway will be closed but a pedestrian walkway will be provided.
