Emergency services were called to reports of an incident in Kingston earlier this morning (Tuesday, 7 April).

Police and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene on Anglesea Road just before 6am on Tuesday.

Unfortunately, a person was pronounced dead at the scene.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson told Nub News: "We were called at 5.55am today (7 April) to reports of an incident on Anglesea Road, Kingston Upon Thames.

"We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic, a clinical team manager and an incident response officer.

"Very sadly, despite the best efforts of our crews, a person was pronounced dead at the scene."

Nub News has contacted the Met Police for more information.
