Pedestrian taken to hospital after collision in Kingston

 A pedestrian was treated for injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Cambridge Road on Saturday night (1 March).

The Police and Ambulance services responded to the incident just before 10pm.

Paramedics provided urgent medical attention at the scene before transporting the victim to a trauma centre for further treatment.

A police spokesperson said: "The man's injuries were not assessed as life-changing, and he has since been discharged from hospital."
