A Norbiton clearance company, Just Clear, has won 'Customer Service Champions' at the British Wills and Probate Awards (BWPA) 2023.

Founded in 2012, Just Clear was founded in 2012 by Brendan O'Shea. The purpose was to create a planet conscious clearance company with strong social and environmental impacts. In its humble beginnings, Brendan himself manned a single truck, getting to know people in the industry and carve out an offering that both the customers and the sector needed.

Brendan O'Shea, CEO of Just Clear said, 'I am honoured that the probate industry recognises Just Clear's dedication and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service for our clients.

He adds, 'We recently recruited one of the most dynamic probate experts (Shah Alam) who now leads our probate service, this award is a testament to his leadership and the excellence of our frontline staff'.

Jennie Bond, along with the Judges of the BWPA presented the awards, said of the company: "An outstanding submission packed full of examples of exceptional customer service. Well done for the support that you provide to probate professionals and bereaved families alike."

In attending the glittering awards at the Kimpton Clock Tower in Manchester, Shah said: "It was a pleasure to be among committed professionals in this industry. Meeting those who share our passion for helping families during tough times is inspiring."

Also, in collecting the prestigious award was Shaynul Khan, Commercial Director. He paid tribute to the army of clearance professionals at Just Clear who continually raise the standards of customer care, uplifting the company values for 'zero to landfill', upcycling and recycling to reduce the carbon impact on our delicate environment.
