A new boxing, fitness, and MMA gym, Kingston Boxing, MMA, & Fitness Centre (KBFC), is set to have a grand opening on Sunday, 5 January, from 12 pm - 4pm.

The gym is located on 39 Hardman Road in Kingston.

At the opening, visitors will be able to view the new facility, join the centre, check out the class schedule, and talk to staff about their plans for the ground floor MMA and S & C area.

The boxing area is now fully functioning and classes from the schedule will be running from Monday 6 January.

The centre will be open seven days a week and will run over 50 classes each week, including men, women, and kids classes.
