MINISO, a Chinese retailer selling household and beauty goods, collectibles, and food has opened its 38^th store on Clarence Street.

 To celebrate its grand opening last Friday, 7 March, the store had entertainment, free goody bags worth £25, and more.

The grand opening saw hundreds of locals attend, with long queues appearing outside.

 MINISO also sells products from famous franchises, such as Hello Kitty and Friends, Harry Potter, and more.

The new Kingston store, located next to Itsu, has four floors.

 Speaking about the new store in a post on Instagram, MINISO said: "We're bringing you all the cuteness – plushies, blind boxes, beauty, homeware, and more! PLUS, we're launching Esther Bunny & Powerpuff Girls collections, alongside your faves like Hello Kitty, Pokémon, Disney, and Harry Potter."

MINISO Kingston is open from 9am – 7pm Monday – Saturday, and 11am – 5pm on Sundays.
