A Mexican restaurant chain has closed its Kingston restaurant.

Las Iguanas Kingston, which was located on High Street, announced its closure in a Facebook post on Wednesday (8 October).

In the Facebook post, Las Iguanas Kingston wrote: "Fond Farwell Kingston.

"After years of Latin vibes, brunches, and unforgettable nights, Las Iguanas Kingston is closing its doors.

"Thank you for every cocktail, every dance, and every memory — you made this place what it was."
