Man from Kingston convicted for destroying badger sett

A man has been convicted for destroying a badger set.

Pola Mikhail of Lancaster Gardens, Kingston has been convicted for destroying a badger sett within his rear garden.

Mikhail was refused a licence for full closure in 2018 and continued to destroy the sett.

He pleaded guilty to destroying a badger sett on 23 October at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court and was fined £1650 including costs and surcharges.

The Police have been contacted for more information.
