A local charity is hosting a Christmas raffle to raise money for children fighting cancer.
Holly's Heroes, which serves Kingston, Staines and beyond, is running the raffle to help fund days out and experiences for kids bravely battling the cruel condition.
Tickets cost £2 and prizes up for grabs include a £25 Daniel of Windsor voucher, a clay shooting lesson with Bisley, and a day pass for Jimmy's Farm and Wildlife Park.
According to Emma West, founder of Holly's Heroes, the experiences the raffle will fund are varied and tailored specifically to the interests of the child.
She said: "We offer fun experiences for children based around their interests.
"We have sent a three-year-old and her family to Peppa Pig world, arranged accommodation and a private meet and greet with Peppa.
"We have also sent a 14-year-old teenager to Winter Wonderland with her best friend and parents, and arranged rides and accommodation."
Holly's Heroes was founded by the family of 14-year-old Holly West, who sadly lost her own battle with cancer in October 2024.
After witnessing the help Holly received from charities during her treatment, Emma decided to set up one of her own to honour her daughter's memory and give back to the local community.
In addition to thrills and spills at Peppa Pig World and Winter Wonderland, the organisation offers theatre visits, theme park trips, excursions to zoos, and many other exciting activities.
According to Emma, these experiences greatly enhance the emotional wellbeing of children battling cancer and provide them with happiness and hope in a dark time.
The deadline to buy tickets is Thursday, 18 December, with the lucky winners being drawn at 10.10am that day.
The charity is also auctioning a signed 2024/25 Manchester United shirt, with bidding for that closing at 11:04am on December 19.
