A rooftop bar in Kingston officially reopened for spring on Thursday night (26 March).

To celebrate its relaunch, Sonny's, which is located on Kingston's Riverside Walk and first opened in July last year, hosted an exclusive relaunch event from 5pm on Thursday with free cocktails and a DJ setting the tone.

Sonny's is owned by local businessowner, Sam Berry, who also owns Cento Uno in Surbiton and Bone Idyll distillery in Kingston, and formerly owned Cento Uno in Teddington, which closed in October last year.

The bar is continuing its relaunch celebrations with events running until Sunday, 29 March.

Speaking about the relaunch, owner Sam said: "As we welcome Spring 2026, Sonny's Riverside returns for the new season.

"Join us for our Relaunch Weekend from Thursday 26th – Sunday 29th March, as we reopen the terrace with a fresh new vibe by the river.

"Expect cocktails on the terrace, sunset riverside views, music and fresh pizza, as long evenings return to Kingston."
