The clothing and lifestyle brand, FatFace, is moving from unit G18 in the Bentall Centre to a new location because it is more affordable and a larger space.

Moving from 236 Wood Street to just over the road on Clarence Street, it is estimated to be situated between Footlocker and Russel& Bromley.

A shop assistant at the store said of the new site: "The rent is cheaper and it is a bigger unit."

The store had come to the end of its lease of the 2171 sq. ft. space and so the landlord decided to move elsewhere.

The store's move adds another empty space to the Bentall Centre's 12 listed commercial properties- three under offer and nine to let.

The FatFace store is currently going through its August sale period and will move to the new venue by late September.
