Kingston to celebrate Tamil Heritage Month with harvest festival next weekend

To celebrate Tamil Heritage month, the Kingston Tamil Heritage and Harvest Festival, organised by the Kingston Tamil Heritage Group, is hosting a harvest festival next weekend.

The festival, which will run at Richard Chanellor School in New Malden next Sunday (25 January, "promises an engaging and enjoyable experience for all attendees, showcasing vibrant Tamil heritage and cultural performances".

The event will run from 10:30am until 3pm and will start with a parade starting at the school's main entrance, this will be followed by a programme of cultural performances on stage.

The event is free, family-friendly and open to the whole community - everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate together.
