A Barratt London Site Manager at Sterling Place has won a national award for the "high-quality" homes it is building in New Malden.
Mark Doyle at Sterling Place has won a Pride in the Job Award from the National House Building Council (NHBC). The award is considered a highly prestigious accolade in the housebuilding industry, with winners regarded as among the UK's best Site Managers.
The panel of judges looks at technical expertise, health and safety, consistency, leadership and attention to detail. Each Site Manager is celebrated for their role in ensuring new homes are delivered on time, on safe sites and to the highest standards.
Joseph Antoniazzi, Director of Sales and Marketing at Barratt London said: "Barratt has won more Pride in the Job awards than any other developer 21 years in a row, highlighting our consistently high standards.
"These awards are a testament to the exceptional standards upheld by our site teams across London.
"Mark has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to quality, safety and attention to detail, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality homes that meet the needs of local buyers and families.
"We are incredibly proud of his achievements and the role he plays in creating new communities across the county."
