Kingston office space will become flats

Kingston Council has this week approved plans to convert office space in the town centre into flats.
The application, which is for 42 Fife Road, sought permission for the "Change of use at first floor from office (Use Class E) to 1no. residential flat (Use Class C3)|1st Floor".
The proposed flat will have one bedroom and will be available for rent.
Applicant Thamesgate Property Ltd says that the flat will have dedicated internal and external storage space for dry recycling, food waste and residual waste.
