MoneySuperMarket has revealed the UK's top burglary hotspots and the Norbiton postcode of KT2 is among the top 50.

To calculate the results, MoneySuperMarket analysed home insurance quotes from MoneySuperMarket Home Insurance customers to find the UK postcodes with the highest and lowest rates of burglary claims since 2020.

While not making the top 20, Norbiton's KT2 postcode has been ranked in 21st place with 30.6 burglaries per 1,000 since 2020.

Edgbaston in the West Midlands took first place with 57.7 burglaries followed by Olton in Warwickshire with 39.2.

In third place is nearby Hampton (TW12) with 38.1 burglaries per 1,000 followed by Barnes (SW13) in fourth place with 37.5 burglaries per 1,000.

East Sheen (SW14) also made the top ten list in seventh place with 36.0 burglaries.
