A man has been arrested after Kingston Met Police uncovered 36 cocaine wraps inside a false fire extinguisher.

The local Response team discovered the cocaine had been vacuum packed to avoid detection from a drugs dog.

Kingston Police said in a post on Facebook: "The driver admitted to having one wrap of cocaine, however we weren't buying it, so turned up the heat. (Sigh... again, breathe LFB)".

During a routine traffic stop on a Ford, Kingston's response team noticed the driver seemed "twitchy".

Reportedly sweating, the man had tucked a red item away from view. The officers ordered a search on the driver, who claimed to be a car dealer, and discovered the drugs.
