The 'Uber Boat by Thames Clippers' Kingston Half Marathon & Kingston 10K took place on Sunday, 6 October, attracting over 1,600 runners to the scenic riverside course.

Known for its fast and flat route, the event lived up to expectations, delivering impressive times and thrilling races.

In the Half Marathon, Augur Altan claimed victory with a remarkable time of 68 minutes and 14 seconds, while Phoebe Law took the top spot in the women's race, finishing in 76 minutes and 56 seconds.

A total of 1,228 runners completed the half marathon.

The 'Russell-Cooke' Kingston 10K saw Paul Piper cross the finish line first in 33 minutes and 37 seconds, with Abi Poulton winning the women's race in 39 minutes and 49 seconds.

The 10K welcomed 380 finishers.

The race was officially started by the Mayor of Kingston, Liz Green, and participants enjoyed a beautiful run along the Kingston Riverside while raising funds for numerous charities.

Race Director Tom Bedford said "It was just amazing to see so many people pushing themselves whilst having a smile on their face.

"The winners were amazingly fast but I was just as impressed with the back markers who not only physically exerted themselves, but probably raised a lot of money for various charities".

The event will be back next year on 5 October 2025.

Runners can register their interest via the Uber Boat website.
