A gym in Kingston is helping women to learn self-defence.

UBX Kingston is looking for 11 women "who want to learn how to defend themselves and their loved ones whilst improving their fitness at the same time".

Those taking part in UBX Kingston's six-week programme will:

Tone up their bodies

Improve their energy

Feel more confident

Transform their bodies and lives in 2025

Learn a potentially life-saving skill, self-defense

The classes will be taught by expert boxing coach and UBX Kingston's leading fitness expert, Nick Hirst.
