Kingston Council to activate Severe Weather Emergency Protocol for rough sleepers this weekend

Kingston Council has today (Friday, 9 January) announced that it will be activating its Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) from tonight for the whole weekend period to provide shelter for rough sleepers.

The council asks that If you see someone sleeping rough in the borough, make sure you let it know.
