Kingston Council has this week granted permission for the altercation of a shopfront of a site located in 90 Richmond Road.

The site houses the former Jaggerprint Digital, which was open for 40 years until 19 July 2024 when the site became vacant.

A prior spplicstion for the same location, which sought the "change of use of the ground floor commercial unit (Use Class E) to 1no. 2-bedroom dwelling (Use Class C3)" was granted permission in March this year.

The estimated cost for the most recent application is up to £2 million.

The reasoning behind the permission granting of this application is "For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning".
