Outdoor reopening is scheduled to take place on April 12th.

Restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars will be permitted to only using their outdoor seating for the five weeks until May 17th.

Then these great venues should be able to open up completely.

Many businesses may not have enough outdoor seating to be viable - however Kingston Council are trying to make it easy for businesses to expand into the outdoors.

They tweeted: "We have introduced temporary licences to put tables & chairs outside your business to help you maximise your ability to trade in a safe way - licences are valid until Sept 2022."

The council are making it easier for businesses to use the pavement for seating now.
