Delays and queueing:

- New Malden: Severe delays of 34 minutes and delays increasing on A2043 Kingston Road Northbound between Church Hill Road and Stratford Court. Average speed five mph.

- Surbiton: Delays of seven minutes and delays increasing on Hook Junction Northbound between A243 Hook Road and A243 Upper Brighton Road. Average speed ten mph.

- Tolworth: Severe delays of eleven minutes and delays increasing on A3 Southbound between South Lane and A243 Hook Road (Hook Junction). Plus severe delays of eleven minutes and delays increasing on A3 Northbound between A244 Copsem Lane (Esher Common) and Hook Rise North.

- Kingston Bypass/Hook Road: Queues and traffic heavier than normal.

- Kingston Hill: Delays of eight minutes and delays increasing on A308 Kingston Hill Southbound between Fusion Court and Galsworthy Road. Average speed ten mph.

- Hampton Court: Severe delays of eleven minutes on A308 Hampton Court Road Eastbound in London. Average speed five mph.
