Delays/queuing: Tolworth Broadway: Partially blocked and slow traffic due to recovery work and stalled bus on A240 Kingston Road at A3 (Tolworth Roundabout). - Severe delays of 13 minutes and delays increasing on A240 Kingston Road Northbound between Ewell Court Avenue and Hook Rise South. Average speed five mph. - Severe delays of ten minutes on A240 Kingston Road Southbound between Browns Road and Hook Rise South. Average speed five mph. - Severe delays of 13 minutes and delays increasing on A3 Northbound between A244 Copsem Lane (Esher Common) and Tolworth Rise North. Average speed ten mph. Hook Road: Severe delays of 20 minutes on A243 Hook Road Northbound between M25 J9 (Leatherhead) and Ash Tree Close. Average speed ten mph. Kingston Bypass: Traffic heavier than normal on A3 both ways between A240 (Tolworth Junction) and A243 (Hook Junction). Congestion to New Malden southbound, and halfway back along the Esher Bypass northbound. Hampton Court: Severe delays of 13 minutes on A308 Hampton Court Road Eastbound in East Molesey. Average speed five mph.
