Rainbows abound in June as people across the UK celebrate Pride month.

To mark the occasion, artists at South-West London art collective 1of1Design have produced new work and are taking commissions for personalised gifts for loved ones.

Raph Thomas, known for his colourful animal portraits, created a stunning Pride lioness in the colours of the rainbow flag.

Thomas is also using vintage scrabble tiles to personalise his rainbow animals with 'Pride' or the names of loved ones.

And Kate Winskill, founder of 1of1Design who studied her art foundation at Kingston College, has transformed her digital CatWoman series.

Winskill told Nub News: "If anyone is looking for a personalised gift for Pride month, Raph and I are happy to take commissions - with or without rainbows.

"A lot of our work lends itself to portraying family groups in a quirky way, and it's great to be able to offer more than just the standard image of man/woman and 2 kids.

"An example is our penguin families - 2 mums or 2 dads and however many kids you like."

Paintings cost from £45 framed. 1of1Design offers free delivery in the Kingston, Teddington, Hampton and Molesey areas.

To find out more and order, email Kate at [email protected] or visit the group's pop-up gallery in Ealing, which is open from 11-5pm every day.
