At the Prime Minister's questions on Wednesday (25 February), the MP for Kingston and Surbiton, Ed Davey, urged the PM to "release flight logs that could show Jeffrey Epstein using RAF plans and British airspace to traffic young women".

At the meeting on Wednesday, Ed Davey MP said: "The former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, has raised deeply shocking concerns that Jefferey Epstein may have used British airports and even RAF bases to traffic young women and girls in and out of our country.

"This is appalling. The Prime Minister knows that I agree with Gordon Brown that there needs to be a full public inquiry into all this.

"If he doesn't agree with Gordon Brown, will he, at the very least commit to releasing the flight logs and related documents? Or will he wait for the House to force the government to do that?"

However, Sir Kier Starmer responded with the idea that there is a police investigation on the matter and that "we have to let that investigation run its course before deciding what next action needs to be taken".

To which, the Liberal Democrat leader agreed that the police investigation should continue but still fought for the flight logs to be released.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Ed Davey MP added: "It is right that we let the police do their work, but Epstein's victims deserve a full and public enquiry too."
