Kingston has been named among the top five London boroughs to grow old in (Credit: Nub News)

The best places in the UK to grow old in have been revealed, by Lovett Care, out of 294 districts and Kingston has been named among the top five London boroughs.

However, coming in first place in London is south-east borough Bromley, which also ranked 11th in the UK findings.

And nearby borough Richmond came in second place followed by Sutton in third, and Merton in fourth.

But Kingston sits nicely in fifth place, putting it among the top five London boroughs to grow old in.
