Marketing Analytics Executive at Ashdown Group Limited
£28,000 pa
An innovative not for profit organization management business based in Kingston is seeking a Marketing Analytics Executive to join their small team.
You'll play an integral role in delivering projects and services that support the company's engagement with their local business members.
Responsibilities:
Database and Insight
- You'll gather research and information to help serve members and achieve key objectives.- Using CRM database to update, maintain and create reports.
- Spotting trends and communicating information internally and externally. Engagement and Communication - Answer external and internal queries building relationships where possible- Working with Marketing Executive on social media plans and management of B2B and B2C channels
- Supporting creation and delivery of all member/customer communications (e-newsletters, surveys and events) Project and Company Support - Providing admin where required- Assisting project manager on delivering initiatives
To be suitable for this role you'll be/have:
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable manipulating data, translating information, identifying trends and compiling reports on these verbally and in writing
Experience of using Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, website platforms and social channels essential
Good working knowledge/experience of mS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
A real team player, keen to have an influence and involvement in all areas of the business.
