Canine Partners, a UK charity which provides assistant dogs to adults with disabilities, is looking for a Puppy Training Co-ordinator in Kingston-upon-Thames.

The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, co-ordinating and supporting the charity's puppy training programme in Surrey.

This includes recruiting and managing volunteer puppy parents across Surrey, delivering training both virtually and in person, and monitoring the progress of puppies involved in the training programme.

The charity are looking for candidates with:

• High level of knowledge of dog training and behaviour
• High level of knowledge of dog care and welfare issues
• Experience of working with puppies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels to provide training, advice and support
• Coaching skills
• Accurate record keeping and administration skills
• Effective planning and co-ordination skills
• Full UK Driving Licence or the ability to cover significant mileage in line with the requirements of the role

The role is offered as a permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week.

It comes with a salary of between £20,065 and £25,082, depending on experience.
