Guinness Homes' Tolworth housing development, Signal Park, partnered with local primary school, Grand Avenue, to run a bonfire night art competition for pupils.
The competition encouraged pupils to explore their creativity and create a piece of art that reflected what the historic night meant to them.
The three lucky winners each received a book voucher, and a £150 donation was made to the Surbiton school from Signal Park.
Seth Cary, Grand Avenue teacher and Signal Park resident, said: "It's been a pleasure to collaborate with Signal Park on this activity. We're always looking for new ideas to bring to the children and the Bonfire Night competition was the perfect opportunity for them to explore their creativity.
"Not only have we been able to offer the children something artistic and different to do during the holidays, but it's fantastic to work with a local development that wants to collaborate with the community."
Signal Park is a recently launched housing development in Tolworth, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments through shared ownership.
Hellyn Fairbrother, London and South East Regional Sales Manager for Guinness Homes, said: "Working together with Grand Avenue has been a wonderful way for us to give back to our community. Seth's willingness to get the school involved has been fantastic, and it was a joy to work with the children.
"As Signal Park continues to prove a popular location for residents to buy their own homes, we hope to do more collaborative activity within the Tolworth community and keep giving back wherever possible."
Signal Park apartments are available to purchase and move into now through shared ownership.
