New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two Kingston eateries by the Food Standards Agency.

Blossom And Brew Bloom Sandwiches, at 2 Chessington Parade, Chessington was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on 9 January.

Unilever Training Centre, at Four Acres, George Road, Kingston Upon Thames was also given a score of five on 8 January.

This means that of Kingston's 408 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 269 (66%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
