Film crews were seen at Hampton Court Palace this morning.

A row of trailers and several lorries were spotted outside the Palace's Great Gate, at around 8.30am.

It is not known what the crew are filming or when they appeared - but it seems to be a fairly big production.

Hampton Court Palace has often been used as a location by films and TV shows, with the first film crews arriving 90 years ago to shoot the 1933 film The Private Life of Henry VIII.

More recently the palace was used for Hollywood productions The Favourite and [.i] Cinderella [.i], plus the TV shows The Tudors , The Great and Netflix hit Bridgerton .
